Since 8.7 in the game client Armory, inventory, news, clan tab etc are not showing any content.

Its loading but the window remains empty.

Anybody else having the problem?

Running no mods and already did the repair/integritiy check, but nothing helped.

Also I can not see the captains anymore I have in reserve.

Game matches itself I can start though

PS

I also have noticed the rudder bug

EDIT did the repair, does not help, also deleted the cache of the client but no help either :( still not able to open armory etc as of 25/08/19 on my Laptop :(

returned home today, interstingly on my PC no issues but on my HP x360 still no armory

If you have Wargaming Game Center go there and repair the files. The Armory should then work fine. The rudder bug.... I thought they got rid of it...

I have the same issue; first I tried to repair the game's files with no success, then I uninstalled the game and installed it again always with no luck. I then submitted a ticket with a wg check as attachement to Wargaming but their answer was generic (though they provided me a working web link where I can access to my armory).

I have problems with: armory, inventory, recruiting center and clan tab, but I can see my commanders in the reserve. The games itself is working, I mean I can play.

PS: I tried to access the game on another pc and with that pc (using my wg account) everything's working as expected (both with win 10 1903) and I can see armory, inventory etc.

Here is my armory

usual suspicion in this case:

your firewall/security program/... blocks the cef_browser_process.exe, which is used for ingame access of armory, clan and inventory

Hi Klopirat, Tks for your answer but even if I manually allowed the cef_browser_process.exe in my firewall settings (Windows defender) both in bin64 and bin32 the issue is persisting; it also seems me strange because until 0.8.6 everything was working fine and since then I haven't changed my firewall settings.

After the patch I had similar problems with armory, inventory, naval battle menu, compact carousel view and others. Uninstalling (all) UI-related mods coming with Aslain's seems to have solved them.

Tks for your answer Benaulim, I'm happy that you solved the problem but I never installed any kind of mods so I can't try what you're suggesting me, Tks anyway.

Well, what can I say. After a couple of matches the phenomenon is back. Armory, inventory etc. either don't load or are pretty laggy. Which reminds me of memory leaks in other games.

My system is less than six months old, always fully patched and powerful enough to handle almost any game at highest settings. I am playing with a resolution of 2560x1440 (Radeon 580/8MB, i5-8400, SSD, 32MB RAM, Intel Optane). No clue where to start looking ...

It is of course a software problem caused by 0.8.7, until 0.8.6 everythings was working fine.

This is what Wargaming ansewed to my ticket (still open), it's in italian but you can translate it online:

"Mi dispiace per questa situazione, sembra che abbiamo ancora dei problemi con L'armeria in gioco e i giocatori non riescono ad accedere.

I've got the same problem, since the update can't get to the Premium Store, Armoury, News, Naval Battles, Clan screen, see players profiles...

Hope they can fix it soon!

Had the same problem, works for me now (at least I could open the Armory). So I'd say some webserver problem on WG side ... it's not the first time after patch that I have seen similar ....

This issue was noticed since the public test, as you can see here : https://forum.worldofwarships.eu/topic/121812-pt-087-known-issues-chat-and-armory/

so I assume no action were taken.

After many trials I think I found the culprit of the bug but unfortunately I have no solutions. It would be nice if all of you that are experiencing the armory bug could report if they are using an AMD graphic card. If your answer will be positive we found the culprit 100%.

This is what I tried: in my notebook I have an integrated Intel hd4000 graphic card and an AMD Radeon 7970m; during gaming only the AMD graphic card is working (of course), so I forced WOW to be executed with the Intel graphic card and not with the AMD; the result is that the game is unplayable with the Intel graphic card but all the issues with armory, premium shop etc. are gone, everything is working fine. So I think that with the release of 0.8.7 Wargaming has changed/modified the rendering engine and now this new rendering engine has issue with the latest AMD drivers (or AMD graphic cards), because until 0.8.6 everything was working fine. Nvidia graphic cards have no issue, or at least not the one I tested.

PS: to test the game with the integrated graphic card you have to open the Amd Radeon settings (right click on desktop) then go to system/switchable graphic and from the list of the games you have to assign to World of Warships the energy saving mode and not High performance, then launch the game and see if the Armory is working.

Thank you to everyone who will answer.

I have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 and still have the same issue... no News, Premium Store, Armory, Naval Battles, access to clan screen, can't see other peoples profiles.  I submitted a ticket a couple of days ago, not heard anything yet...

Strange, the Nvidia card I could test was a gtx 970, just like yours and in that pc everything was working fine. So, at the end the problem wasn't related only to amd, as I thought.

I also submitted a ticket 3 days ago, they already answered me 3 times and at the end they told me to have sent my ticket to a "specialist".

Still the same for me today. Also, as an aside, my clan drew their latest Naval Battle and I couldn't take part because of the fault, very frustrating.

I hope it's fixed soon!

Sadly we have only to wait and hope for a quick fix.

Still I can't understand why in my notebook the Armory is working with the Intel card and not with the AMD, it's the same system, that's why I thought it was related to amd.

Bagongolo, I've found a way round the bug!

At the Game Center, click on the little arrow to the right of Play (in bottom left corner).    Select the third option "Launching x86 game client" .... this loads the 32 bit version of the game.     Try your News, Armory etc .... mine works using this method, good luck!

Book_123, I've already tried to launch wow in 32 bit mode 2 days ago but from inside the game folder (C:\Games\World_of_Warships\bin32) and it didn't work,

Now I tried what you suggested me, I started the game from the Game Center in 32 bit mode… It works!!! Thank you very much

Great!  I'm really pleased it works for you too.     Hopefully they will find a solution to the 64 bit version soon, but at least now we can see News, Armory etc etc

Book_123, unfortunately in my notebook it's not working as I wrote before: armory was working only because in 32 bit mode Amd Radeon settings assigned to wow32 the energy saving mode (The Intel card) and when I switched to high performance (the AMD) all the issues are coming back, sadly

I tried to go back to 64 bit version too (after switching to 32 bit worked for me)..... going back to 64 bit working doesn't work for me either.   So for now I have to stick to 32 bit version to see News, Armory etc

If you find a cure please let me know.  Good Luck! :)
