3 ships were detonated - still fun&engaging ? Am I playing this game ? Or rng ?

I know I am preaching to the choir. Detonations need to be in the game, they are a realistic element. Just like radar going through mountains. And planes operating in a thunderstorm.

 

And yes, we had 2 of them and still won, thanks to more mm rng and stacked teams. But seriously, games are lost because of this bull (have you ever lost both dd within 3 minutes to detonations ? that kind of bull). I feel less and less in control, while that magical dice roll in the background decides who wins.

There is a bigger chance 3 of your team are afk.

Detonations are not rare, on 2 occasions my 2/3 rd strength Shiny detonated thanks to a DB, and yet cvs aren’t op 😉.  Mind you my gearing did detonate a near full strength Kaba in a point blank knife fight. But like citadels they must be as in real life; often and frequent 🤓.

Today again, "only" in coop. But I doubt deto chances are different for humans and AI. And no, I am not playing 100 games per day to get this bull this often.
