Delete the 'cef_cache' folder from C:\Games\World_of_Warships\profile\

There is at least one mod in Aslain's pack that does this - the one that assigns a captain as "primary crew" for a ship (i.e. it mimics the WoT crew return system).

 

If you obtain a special skills captain after installing this mod, then the capt does not display the special skills.

 

Uninstalling the mod and restarting cures the problem.
