Are Armory upgrades permanent and usable on more than one ship?

I couldnt find anything anywhere on this. I assume they permanent and usable on more than one ship because otherwise its stupid to pay 17k coal for them but I want to make sure before blowing it all. Thanks!

They cost 17k coal each. Demounting is possible by using doubloons like the regular upgrades.

thanks! in that case ill save them for later when i actually get to keep a ship for more than a  few days before upgrading. trying to stay free so i dont want to spend the few doubloons i get.

You get 625,000 credits if you sell them. I have a bunch of the speed boost ones and a few of the hydro and AA ones. They generally go in slot 2. They are 12,750 or so with the vouchers.
