In light of the EU server issues experienced over the weekend, we are here to talk about compensation.

That's fine thanks everything arrived automatically, but steel didn't come. How I can claim it? I played plenty of ranked battles in that time.

No steel for me either. Though I am not 100 % sure I played a ranked battle during that timeframe.

I also did not get anything. But then again, rank 1 is not included in those rewards for some reason.

got everything except for steel, as rank 10 should according to website have gotten 200.

So if we Ranked out during that period, we don't get steel as compensation at all? Isn't this a bit unfair?

The compensation is meant for those who might have not reached a higher rank due to the server failure.

You ranked out. You most certainly gained all the steel you could get from ranked battles. The server problems did not cause you to lose anything.

Compensation is nice, but fixing the problem would be even better. The issues still persist for considerable number of people [incl. me].

Why was only only the battle of philippine seas mission extended, and not the personal missions for russian ships tier 5 to 8?????? I was literally 100 xp away from a free russian ship (Pyotr Veliky), had finished a battle (died halfway) and was waiting for the battle to complete and then I was logged out. Now I have no ship. Please also extend the personal missions so I can complete them. I couldn't do them earlier because of holidays.

How about also extending the "victory part 2" event for another 2-3 days to allow players who were not able to login over the weekend to have a shot at getting some of the rewards?

Thank you for this! Got the last few steel pieces I was missing for a ship thanks to the compensation. Due to the server issue on sunday I lost enough time to not be able to reach a new rank yesterday and earn the last steel that way. Without sacrificing sleep with work the day after that is which is not an option. :-)

When I click on claim compensation it refers me to another website and says that the connection is insecure = so no compensation as yet

it is the usual page where you also get the rewards for taking part in the PTS

Now, if i try again, I just get the message that there is no bonus available atm ...

You already claimed that compensation yesterday
