Join Battle bug

I know this isn't in the right place, but before it gets moved I want to find out if anyone else has had this big or if it means something else...

 

I click to join battle (with captain in the ship, duh) and the ship disappears, I get the drumroll and anchor symbol, then after 10-15 seconds the ship reappears. No battle joined. I have restarted the game and check my connection etc.

 

Any ideas?

Same problem here. Logged out and back in: now can't even see my clan tag anymore.

Same  here, also found my Primary ships had been unset and also all collection items and sets are showing as new.

 

Edit - clan tag and channel also gone, but if I click on the clan tab I do get the base.

I think you need to feed these, my clan wanted to enter Narai but... guess what... :
