It helps to read numbers. How is a Sigma of 2.15 worse than 2.0?

They announced the radar range error when it went on sale - in fact I think it might have even been detailed in the item description in store.

 

There were other US cruisers affected by it too.

Contact support. They offered a refund afaik.

Cleveland is terrible like all USN cruisers anyway, so why buy a premium of it, I made the mistake with the Wichita, soon sold it for credits.

I've got all the premium USN Cruisers, and the only one that isn't a beast is the Boise (which is just meh).

 

Wichita is a real monster... high skill floor though

What? Boise is one of the best premiums in the game. If I had to pick the best buyable US premium cruiser that would be a Boise with Atlanta close second.

Nope, compared with Indy, Atlanta, Wichita, and Montpelier, Boise is the least amusing of the set. Nothing bad, just meh... 

 

But that's my opinion of it, your experience might be different.

 

It's not terrible though - the only premium I have which is quantifiably terrible is the Yubari
