To be honest, T8 premium vehicle rule is more of a Tanks thing. There never were made claims of such rule being in WoWs, with first example being Missouri, which you could buy indirectly. Then Jean Bart was IIRC first T9 purchasable directly, as she is otherwise available by coal, currency WG can't directly monetize upon. Moosashi had 750k FXP tag, just like Kron and Missouri. WG is not (yet) brave enough to directly monetize upon T10 premiums, so all these hightier premiums they can monetize indirectly. Premium account sales to sped up Daily Crates as well progress to T10 ships, needed for CB/Rankeds, where you may or may not obtain whatever currency you need for T9/T10 ship of choice. Yet i dont want to be negative about WG in this case, they deliver a product ( ship ) which you can purchase or not. I have other feelings toward gamble boxes that guarantee nothing. And the tier X entitlement....hollow and unjust.....tier X play is nothing different from other tiers.
