look there's nothing you can do against a CV strike. nothing. best tactic I've found is go and put a cup of tea on. Because it does exactly the same as anything else.

1) not gonna happen

 

2) ltp on your own. And first step in learning is admitting you are doing something wrong. 

 

And you do alot of mistakes with 35% survived games and very bad contribution to team (orange PR)

So educate me. What do I need to do to avoid the strike when a CV is lining up a rocket strike and Im in a DD? (answer, they will hit every time, unless its their first game)

Look, I know WG wont take this stupid type of ship out of the game. But every other class has something you can do about their various attacks.  Apart from CVs.  From a nation which reveres chess so much which is so beautifully balanced , I find it strange that this is being so royally fucked up.

I am just pointing out that you need to learn more. I am mostly playing dd in this heavy cv meta and still wining games and having good games and fun. Why? Because I change my gameplay and that is it. You can not play dd as you could before rework. It is not functioning anymore. 

 

You say CVs are problem. I say they are not and you can play in this meta without problem. This is my last 100 games. In which 60 were in dds.

Im pleased you are having fun and also know how to screen snip. However, my point stands, CVs are a totally unbalanced class with zero counterplay. Your suggestion about staying close to AA ships is hilarious.
