about the timing and dates if Cassibile armistice and sailing of italian fleet is not correct.

 

The armistice was secretly signed on september 3th and entered in force the date was proclamed by General Badoglio on September 8th.

 

On september 9th the ships if italian fleet in norther italy left the harbours of genova and La Spezia heading toward la Maddalena area, at the time under control of allied forces.
