if you have a portable hard drive you can simply copy the files from the pc to that then connect the device to the laptop and copy the files over.

 

i would consult youtube and other people before doing that however.

If you mean WoWs account... thats on WG servers, so you can log in into the game and keep your progress on any computer, assuming up to date WoWs can be found there. You will need to re-do audio/video/controls tho.
