I ve finished the personal assigment to get Hood, but now it is not appearing in Port neither got any notification that I have it or I don't and why...

True, if i was new i would be disappointed but then i would check in future about updates and events to avoid that.

 

Probs, this game and world of tanks can be quite addicting even when you want to pull your hair out sometimes lol.
