Yes there are fixes but then he'll have to uninstall all the redistribut.. framework whatever thingies that he has, rendering a plethora of other games unplayable instead. A sacrifice he's not willing to make. Not asking for advice or anything, the workarounds are out there on google, it's to make the dev's aware and hopefully a workaround to not having to install 2015 framework to play WoWS.
