HE no damage pens, incapacitations galore and very little damage with HE shells and HE bombs. RNG was never this bad, so it has me questioning if numerous things have been broken? Aside from that, have been getting "hiccups" that weren't there before. Also the FPS got worse. Plus the thing some people complain about (slow UI) hads now reared its ugly head here, too.
