little_rowboat Players 340 posts Report post #28 Posted April 8, 2019 As some of my DD personal ratings rise without me playing them, I assume there is no decrease of DD players out there.. plus one can make the conclusion that a possibly lower performance of players on DDs (due to lack of adaption) seems to be no reason for skipping playing DD So if that's true and WG see's it in their data there objectively seen is no reason to change the meta regarding DD's. Somehow confirms my personal experience regarding enemy CVs: tier 4 and 6 are no problem even if superunicum - no change in play in relation to former cv meta tier 8 is tough, but handable - even if superunicum, just adept your actions and gameplan tier 10 mostly handable unless you don't meet that handful of CV players that really know what they are doing - never had one opponent who wasn't handable or busy with other things due to my adeption - even on tier X games with 2 CVs I managed to cap 3 bases solo. If you take into consideration, that you meet a super unicum enemy CV that really can handle it's CV in less than 5 % of games, you will have to deal with more serious factors in the gameplay/teamplay in significant more games... So overall I doubt there objectively seen is a reason to change sth. for Wargaming and subjetively seen I suggest more self reflection and adaption instead of desperation and rumination of fake news that DDs are unplayable and broken.
