Please release the Free XP ships commemorative flags. As far as I know Musashi, Nelson and Kronshtadt have their special flags in game files.

Owners for example could get set of easy missions to unlock them while playing certain ship.

Remove T10's from T8 matchmaking so that T10's only play other T10's & T9's. If this would introduce too much delay in matchmaking for T9/10 consider introducing a temporary buff for T8 stats that only lasts for the particular match, raising them say to a baseline T8.8 or 8.9 for some important but easy to handle stats like health pool, +X% range, +X% global armour thickness, reload; somewhat similar to "Bolster" from SWTOR where lower level player stats would be "Bolstered" to a base line Level 50 to enter PvP.

Some way of making consumables all work on same key.  On my Yubari I often find I'm hammering the "Y" key to try to activate the Def AA asn that's what it is on my sims but it's "T" key on Yubari

NO MORE T10 ships

-Next ranked battles will be with T10 ships?
-Clan battles are for T10
-All legendary updates are for T10 ships.

Guys WHY YOU FORCE US to play all the time with borring T10 ships??
I found lower tiers more fun to play
( I already have all T10 ships with 19 skil captains)

MM needs to take into account the number of radar ships on each side. 2 against one means the team with 2 wins 70% of the time

Allow us to set up Function Key messages to show if we are "Detected" or "Radar"  BUT ONLY if we are ACTUALLY radared or detected to stop 13 year old idiots doing even more F key spam

Can you fix the coop bots dodging torps without even detecting them? As soon as yo fire, they start to dodge. This is f****** annoying.

The way that they prioritize targets is way too obvious, you can look at that one too.

I'd really love to see a man on the boat. how to walk, or how to do cleaning aboard the ship. more upgrades in ship modules. Would welcome, a crew with skills, not just the captain alone.

Hi. I suggest that random battle matchmaking should consider player ranks from ranked season. Why? Well look at the printscreen and tell me if you would expected any other result of the battle, when you see the player rank distribution...

replace "result from ranked" by "consider some skill (by any definition) at least as a generic parameter to roughly match" and we agree. A "random" battle having one side cannot win/lose with a very high probability is pointless as well as a waste of time. On both sides.

Make it so that all Go Navy! announcements can be turned off with a single click.

I mean the whole thing has been aptly proven to be completely pointless as an actual competition, rather than just a mere excuse to give away loot boxes to regulars.

So each time people have to click to get rid of any announcements related to it - be it the uninteresting extra post-battle screen, be it the "Competition phase starts in 34 minutes!!!" - it's just annoying.

Make radar a module that can be knocked out by gunfire.

Did I already suggest some bugfixing?

Just torpedoed and destroyed an aircraft carrier. Neither any torpedo hits were counted, nor the kill. Just some impact with main battery.

On another round, a ship blew up with nobody officially killing it ( I hit it, together with others - so the kill should have gone to somebody), and another one who counted as my kill even though I didn't do any damage (hit with main battery, 0 damage, no fire).

Or, if that's too hard..maybe give out XP on stuff that can actually be verified?

It's only a small recommendation and it should be easy to implement .

Some maps have airplanes in the sky that belong to he map itself. They don't move . They don't fly.  They don't do anything (so far I can tell). They don't add something to the map. Sometimes they even hinder me in the game. Plz remove.

Most of the maps are oversaturated with overthetop eyecandy imho

Am 21.8.2018 um 20:03, Nautical_Metaphor sagte:

In fact, radar should be damaged each time there is a fire, or at least each time there is a fire amidships. It relies on wires which will get destroyed in a fire.

Give each ship a base value of points, and allow players to train to modify ships in a shipyard. say a DD has 3000 in total, they can reduce guns or reduce torpedoes to add the other as long as it does not exceed the base value.

"chaff smoke" alternative to smoke. blocks radar, but doesnt hide gun bloom.

suggestion for he bbq

"reactive measures" captain skill, provides stacking resistance to fires being set from the same attacker.

Suggestion for Insignia.

Perhaps you could make all the symbols fit inside the badge. The Dasha symbol only fits inside the shield badge and it's not really in the centre of the badge.

Missouri used to have a cook on the deck (the Seagul captain), but he was removed from the game files.

Only in the harbor though, so no flying food whenever Missouri got hit :Smile-_tongue:

Please think about giving carriers a spotter matching mechanic type consumable for a combat air patrol, non controllable fly's in a circle (close proximity non spotting of course to avoid OP) to defend its self from air attack.

All non carrier players see the boarder hugging carrier hunting that happens and they cant defend them self's while defending/spotting/air superiority gaining for the team with their only fighter wings.

Some Battleships and cruisers have a combat fighter, why cant the carrier have the same/better defense.

This will put off carrier hunters to a point and be more team player friendly, and help good carriers that are doing their role defend while controlling cap defending/spotting/air superiority etc.

Thank you

I would really, really like a mode where you can walk around on the exterior of the ships.

The ships are the heroes of the game and they are build in such detail, which you almost never have time or ways to appreciate them. Yes you can "zoom in" in port and have limited control of the camera in game to give some close-up looks at your ship, and the camera zooms out in port when you select a bigger ship.

But you don't fully get to experience and enjoy the details and sheer size of the ships. Therefore I dream of a way in which I am allowed to walk around on all the different ships in this game. I can think of different modes where this can be applied in the one even more awesome than the other.

-integration in the current port: make a button that makes the port UI disappear and give you a new UI with numbered buttons which puts you in first person mode on different parts of the ship depending on the button you press, since not every exterior part of a ship is linked together on the exterior. A DD could very well have only one button as everything could be reached via stairs while bigger ships might have viewing platforms that could only be reached via the internals of a ship, so traveling to the viewing platform would ve done via a button. The port version of the First Person mode would have the added pleasure of watching all the cool ports from a whole new angle. Looking at them from the radar tower lookout of one of the Japanese battleships would certainly be a spectacular view.

-Making it a special mode like you added traing mode: it could just be an open sea a la the Ocean harbor, but since you only got water, you could add the element of spawning in 2 or 3 ships at the same time so you could compare sizes while walking in first person on the different ships you spawned in. This way you could not only see how big cruiser Moskou is by itself, but how much it dwarfs Destroyer Gnevni or how it rivals some of the battle ships. Or what the real difference in size there is between Kawachi, Kongo and Yamato.

Integration in Random/Co-op battles as a spectator mode: the ultimate version of walking around in first person mode, being able to walk around the deck of the likes of Lyon, New York or best of all Yamato when they fire their main batteries at the enemy. Or when you stand on a Dd that is dodging bullits from multiple ships. Or watching torps getting dropped in the water, then after a bit see a ship explode on the horizon. Or be on the ship that has incoming torps and see the torps close in while you stand on the tip of the bow as it zooms past in the bow wave. Or standing on the deck of an AA cruiser as all the AA is firing at the massive dogfight above you. Or automatically try to seek cover when you see dive bombers overhea while standing on the deck of Bayern. Or standing on the deck of one of two battleships that are duking it out from 20 meters as they pass eachother by, guns blazing. Or, or, or....:D

Wows ain't just a random f2p pvp game for me. It's also a ship collector game and a information portal for everything 20th century warship related. Having ship models with this amount of detail, fidelity and realism ingame and not being able to fully appreaciate them and getting as close to them as physically possible is the biggest shame there can be in this game. I mean, no other medium or real life institute could let us step onto the deck of the Yamato today, cause nobody else got one laying in their harbor :)

Ranked Battles

I have a suggestion for WG that gives more players a chance to participate in ranked battles, possibly generate them more revenue and allow the elite to move up quickly, and leave us mere mortals the less able players with a chance of moving up the ranks.

The Ranks start out at Tier 6 moving up to tier 10, I have laid out a possible structure in a chart/table.

Pros:

1) It opens the lower ranks to more players, giving them a chance to take part.

2) Their are a lot of Premium ships in the mid tiers (WG Bait).

3) It makes players play across a multitude of tiers getting progressively harder.

4) Higher level players will clear the lower Ranks quickly.

5) No need to keep swapping tiers periodically because the whole top half is covered.

Cons:

1) Even more idiots Playing Ranked.

2) Some high end players will think it devalues the Ranks (But there are a lot more mid tier that would lose interest).

Table :

5b827aa8080c9_RankedBattles.jpg.631f91b1ac0b703a045acb32f03dfd02.jpg

Reasoning:

If you set the tier to low you upset the higher tier players, if you set it to high you upset the players who have not ground their way up yet by denying them the chance to take part.

(And before you sceptics out there say it, I have up to and including tier 10)

If you scale the rewards to the tiers and start low as you progress the rewards get better and the challenge increases.

Irrevocable:

I hear a lot of players complaining, "You go up you go back down" they can never quite get that last win for the next Irrevocable Rank.

As you may have noticed there are more irrevocable positions, at the beginning of each tier and up to Tier 9 at midpoints.

If you want to make it more of a challenge increase the stars required at every tier change.

Constructive suggestions:

Orient your game organically to BALANCE. EQUALITY. FUN FACTOR. FRATERNITY. ACCESSIBLITY. FAIRNESS.

- Globalize the game, one account, many servers (as falsely advertised on wg.net homepage) per any steam or mp mmo.

-Let friends play together worldwide. (this  will also eradicate the 'queue time wait excuse)

- LET AFRICA into your game.

- Balance the playing field: same tier matchmaking, reduce the advantage bias for entrenched ('veteran') players and level the playing field to attract and retain new player, growing and expanding the playerbase.

- Boosts new and casual players with more effective faster incentives, and catch-up perks and boosts to at least have a fair and reasonable incentive and manner to catch up and balance the numerous uphill unfair obstacles and  disadvantages that they have to deal with and grind against.

- Stop discrimination against new & casual players, against entire regions eg include Africa in a globalized game,

- Enable players to linking pre-existing "one global unified account" to steam ASAP.

- Max the fun factor & rewards & satisfaction and min the grind, frustration & disappointment

- Make events and campaigns, which are so well planned and designed and FUN  accessible to all especially new players, retain & keep them in-game available and accessible for all to earn and complete.. (also: why remove and waste all that time and money and design).

- Great events and campaigns took many resources to design and develop. Keep them in the game. Permanently accessible.

- If some  could get a free Hindenburg or Richelieu, then at least give all (again especially new players) the equal chance to obtain

- Being denied access or the chance to do previous campaigns or missions alienates and dis-incentivises many new players, or casual players where real life prevents completing a mission, event, campaign or collection.

- Your working wealthy players tend to be interested in military history. any build ship models. So give collectors the chance to obtain removed historical ships from time to time.

- Make free xp really free and enable the option to invest free xp into developing captains as in wot & wowp (so new & casual players can level the playing field against 19 point captains faster and have more fun with more skills).

- Dont limit daily xp  containers, so that most players just disconnect after 2000 (or maybe sometimes 12500xp), reducing playing pop in queues. Keep players in game with more container rewards. The free container for xp reward is the best advantage of WoWs, an incentive and goal to play. a win win for all, why not maximize it. (this  will also eradicate the 'queue time wait excuse as players stay in game more.)

- Fix CV's & fast

- New & different maps

- Scenario op's are successful and popular. Add More modes, PvE & PvP (eg skirmishes and team games and legionnaires in wot)

- Enable legionnaires  in clan wars

- Stop the OP powa creep and premium / pay2win bias by properly rebalancing and sufficiently buffing out dated or power crept ships, (most especially where premiums totally powa creep and render redundant  normal ships of the line tree).

Equalize. Balance. Fun.Grow. Expand

Let people use "Frozen" Elite XP on their silver ships for commander training, just as in World of Tanks.

It just takes too friggin' long.

Whenever players that have no premium account, or not a long-term one - say seven days or less - whenever such Players win a few premium days in the game, like through campaigns or containers - let them chose a start date instead of starting the premium time right away.

It's just less frustrating.
