You made me feel very stupid for a little while there but thank God you're wrong.

There is of course no such opportunity.

You can choose to pay for the skill point redistribution with a rather ridiculous amount of Elite Commander XP.

But not in silver credits, regrettably.

I think I need stronger specs :Smile_hiding:

Sorry for the excitement

You are aware though that you can already choose to pay in silver for premium consummables, right?

The little arrow next to the coins symbol?

Just making sure.

Yep i am aware though gold should not be used in any circumstance only to buy ships and first capstans after that we pay in silver.

Make it so you can still access the port to manage stuff etc while you are waiting in the battle queue.

All you need to do is block the stuff that affects the queued battle.

why isn't this a thing already?

I'd like an additional content filter setting for stuff like the 'Murica skins on Texas and Baltimore, and CCCP one on October. Not sure if that should include the skins of Kamikaze and Fuujin though, since I personally like them, and the eagle paint for Prinz Eugen is okay. Maybe let us filter it by nation?

Dear Mission/Challenge Setters.

Re Memory of Midway (but also quite a lot of other missions and challenges)

I have to win 15 battles to win 3 x Type 59 Camo and a piece of flag pole dressing.  In the process I will use up at a minimum 15 camos and will be flying the flag pole dressing of my choice.  So the only incentive to do this and actually profit is to do it with no camo thus hindering any progress I may want to make in Ship XP, Commander XP or credits bonuses.  This is less than a nil sum gain.

I'm really not arsed one way or the other and it will be an incidental gain to me or rather a loss mitigation.  However, if your aim was to incentivise people to chase the reward, and therefore play more, then you may want to raise the reward at least to 16 or to a level where this a realistic and profitable gain to be achieved.

Hoping you're all well and that you will realise the nonsense of this and other non-profitable rewards in future.

Yours faithfully, Sybeck  :Smile_Default:

I dont think that is calculated that way. I mean those camos are nice to have and when it happens that you can gain 15 victories in the games you would play anyway...then it is all good. If not, good too.

I agree it is not the most rewarding of rewards. However.

a) The Midway Missions requirements are three wins and 5K base XP. I'm a seriously bad player and not even I need 15 games for that. Even in Co-op games you need to make a sustained effort at sucking to stay below that average of 333 base XP. I know, I have tried it.

b) The camos used up in those games can be regular silver camos. (If you're actually grinding them out in Co-op, you might of course just skip using camo entirely.)

c) Seriously? You're planning on grinding these out, rather than just letting them gather as the inevitable  by-product of your regular gaming?

To my mind, these challenges serve a single purpose, which is to keep at least some owners of Tier-V-and-higher ships out of low tier games some of the time and leave the rookies alone. Of course even that is kind of self-defeating because supposing it works, what is now left in the low tiers is only seals and clubbers - those that have no choice and those that go there by choice. But fewer 'mid level' players that at least occasionally might succeed in rallying a few rookies to club back, or spit in the face of some despicable seal clubber with the odd successful play.

Hey, we were doing a "Battle of Jutland" event with our clan, basically a training battle with semi-historical ships. However, one of our newer players couldn't join the battle because he wasn't high level enough, as apparently you need to be level 15 to play training battles. Not the biggest deal taht he can't take part in our event, but given that the purpose of training battles is, well, training, and it's useful for newer players, I think they should get access to it earlier.

I don't know whether this has been suggested at all, but here goes:

Can WG introduce a mod so that we can see which of our own team ships have been spotted by the enemy ? Something on the mini-map ( a flashing ship symbol possibly ) or in the game itself - a star over the ships in-game label, maybe.

If I am out in front in a cruiser, I try to tell my team-mates when I am detected, so as to give them an idea that there's a DD around. It'd be nice if that was automated in some way. :Smile_Default:

This is just a minor thing, but with arsenal on the horizon could there be different camouflages introduced for ships that are bought and not earned? The differences should only be cosmetic, but at least this way people who slaved away in ranked or put in the effort in cw have something to set themselves apart.

Change the fee for commander retraining from Gold to Silver.

Experimenting with commander skills can be a significant source of gaming enjoyment and a fun, engaging gaming experience (much more fun than, say, high tier games, for the ahem less skilled or patient among us) and you're just not gonna do it if it costs real money every time.

Alternatively, give us free retraining phases more often, like one weekend every month, each upgrade day or something.

That would be great, but I wouldn't count on it. Probably too good income source for WG.

But just being able to redistribute the points from individual skills instead of the whole set would be very nice.

It would be good to have a tab in the arsenal/inventory (or somewhere else) where i can see where my "special upgrades" are mounted on. As i get more ships i sometimes have no clue where they are mounted on or just dont want to search for them. And i think there will only coming more ships into my port and not less.

Just watched the video from Notset about DD armor change and I have to say WG is doing something the 1/2 arsed way again, so here a proper suggestion:

Add a ceiling on every armor thickness on effective armor so you cannot exceed it no matter how angled. Basically this will simulate structural toughness of the material. Example:

Shooting a paper card side on, you can split it in half with a 22lr bullet. However if you were to shoot the stack of cards the same thickness as the side on card, you'd not penetrate it with the same bullet. There's only so much force a material can withstand no matter what the angle is.

That would allow for better fine tuning of AP vs HE penetration and caliber vs armor penetration.

Buff the Kii secondaries to base 7km, so it's competitive with other "secondary-gun" premiums like Tirpitz and the upcoming Massachusetts.

Use spacing between every third digit when typing a big number. It´s harder to read 1500000 than 1 500 000, so i always have to count the digits before choosing tasks in the campains.
