Since we're all (unofficially) "gamma-testing" the CV rework and balance on the live server... Maybe WG should expand the Iwaki Alpha & Arkansas Beta with the HMS Argus Gamma for our efforts

As a token of appreciation for sticking with the game and slugging through an unbalanced PvP-experience for quite a long time. Same requirements as for the Arkansas: have played X PvP battles between 0.8.0 and 0.whenever.it.is.considered.balanced.and.working.

Agree, we are testers at this point. I dont buy WGs explanation at all that they themselves inhouse cant test new concepts. They just dont want to put in the payed testers and time.

 

I get that rework is hard on the customers but being put through this unbalance test phase needs to be rewarded greatly.

 

And btw; i want serious compensation for changing the Ceasar this much.

Yea right. Thats why we have achievements, that are deactivated or unachievable atm, missions, where you need those achievements to pass, sound bugs that make you want to ALT+F4 immediately (if you survive the shock moment that is) and a lot of other things. Tropico 6 early beta was way ahead of the state, wows is currently is.

IMO the thing shouldn't be OP... maybe make it special because of other types than normal?

As in, forget rockets --> more of the other planes.

 

Actual SWORDFISH MK1 torpedo planes touching the waves while on torpedo run.

Dropping double-torp, like in T6, as they are a bit vulnerable (and slow as hell) while doing that. 

Maybe give them some special paint, too. 

 

Also, how about some lend-lease USA bombers/(meh-rocket)planes, but different from Langley.

@MrConway here's your chance to make something really special!

 

 

EDIT: besides the SWORDFISH, how about lend-lease Brewster Buffalo?

The idea gets my vote, even though I have not played enough. I'd be happy to see those deserving get a little something for their extreme patience, other than long hair and diminishing resilience.

So far 64k, but i think I can do more. Too much depending on the team though. 

Many of these matches end in a ROFLSTOMP, meaning if your team loses you get nothing (get deleted fast by DD that gets through)

and if your team wins then you get meagre pickings, all reds are dead quit soon and you can't do any DoT.
