Login Problems

Hi, i am using gamecenter which handles 2 accounts. I am able to log in with my premium time account np, but when i switch to the f2p account it

says"unable to connect because of technical issues".

 

I tried multiple times, i even entered the login info manually nada.

I cant quite grasp the logic behind one account being able to connect, and the other, on the same machine, same game version, is not able

to connect "because of technical issues".

 

Is this a new 2 class society where premium players get better connectivity to the game servers?  :D

There is already a topic on this and is being looked into. 

 

My premium account, like all accounts, not just F2P ones, can't login.

okay, so its just a mess atm, i played a single battle and got "transferred to another server" immediately after battle, its wonky i will try again in the evening.

definately they've got a serius problem...
the announcemt says 13.30 will be solved but is already 15,30 (my local time -Greece) and still server is down.

it says 13:40 UTC, atm it is 13:35 UTC...

now server is up, but it didnt count my first naval battle attempt though i enabled it. Second match counted. weird stuff is going on

i've checked the integrity using the game settings tab says i'm running the latest version, and my computer specs are fine. i've also checked my firewall and all's green there... sent a ticket but no reply.. any ideas would be good .thanks ..

mate , its not about your pc or system , its just servers down

More precisely, some accounts were apparently jinxed during the whole maintenance server redirections thingy yesterday.

In short, you're screwed like us until WG in their infinite kindness restarts their server and hopefully fixes their mess

(tomorrow I think ? there are no official statements yet. WG style)

 

Cherry on top if you're running premium, you're losing that in addition to all the ongoing rewards / missions.

"glad" to see i'm not the only one with the same issues, my problems also started after an automatic server redirect, (1/3/201 at 13h00) as i'm posting this still not able to logon

I can connect but after 2 min the game kicks me out, time and time again....wtf WOWS??

it's a problem for certain players. WG support can't really give any info about it and business told me this will be fixed tomorrow after a reset. More info is too hard for wg too communicate.

For compensation--> thios will possibly be a no more then the rest gets, allthough they are considering to give the players that are locked out of the server an extra compensation. But wg standards this will be communicated after we can login.

 

We missed the chance for completing missions and to get creds, exp, maybe a new ship unlocked. And 3 days of premium if they restart the server after 6h00 am

We are arou!nd 10-12k people that are locked out because of the continuous redirecting so we will see when we can log in again
