What are we getting so much of the same over and over? How many Kageros and Clevelands can we tolerate? It's getting boring even reading stuff like this (no offence to anyone here of course - love you all) - its boring the content they keep 'testing' is so unvaried.

I'd guess those exist to test planned changes to the silver ships, not as new premiums. Although why such a minor reshuffle on the Cleveland warrants that effort is kind of beyond me... F3 torps on Kagero, yeah fair enough that might need testing, seems crazy powerful when you're top tier (once in a blue moon) and thus face so much less radar...

Didn't someone say that this has something to do with the AL collab?

Aka this is potentially more weeb stuff.

Well there is 27 Cleveland class cruisers and 19 Kagero class destroyers, not counting fictional ones like Harekaze. So if you can't tolerate these two than ... well I think you could have a problem.

On the bright side, "Mighty Monty" and "unsinkable" Yukikaze are probably the best choices because of their histories. But while there are hardly better choices among those two classes, one of the Fargo class cruisers or maybe USS Savannah could be better choice for premium US T8 CL.
