What processor is in your PC. You might be running 32 bit windows on a PC capable of running 64 bit. You may not need a new computer, might just be a case of you needing to install a 64bit version of the Windows you use.

 

Go Start/Control Panel/System - and it will list the processor you use under system specs. Don't jump the gun unless you know for sure that the processor you use is only 32 bit. If you have a 64 bit processor, then you know the motherboard supports installing Windows 64 bit to even install a 64bit processor with it in the first place. List what CPU processor it says you have installed?

If you would have read carefully my initial post was about the T8 CHAPY which doesnt get the duration buff which is exactly my initial question/point..... but ya..... reading is hard I understand...

I don't have a problem with the T9/T10 radar changes because - as you mentioned - they get a buff so the only lose 1s compared to how it is now - which is perfectly fine with me....

They do not lose, they gain, team lose, but still, this 6 seconds is to aim towards dd on the minimap, reload if just fired at something else and farm.

I'm not against the radar chages at all.... I quite like time and I think it's worth a try and it could be a working solution so my ONLY issue with it is, that Chapy at T8 gets a BIG nerf because of the changes and all other ships get compensated by getting increased duration.....

Yeah, but Dds will be hard when ppl will start to chain radars and hydros. And they will with a visual indication. Then all will cry noob Dds, no spot etc. We will see, but I am afraid it is a nerf to DDs not to radar.

This might be a problem or not which we will see once the rework is live for a few days/weeks - but this is another topic for another time.

 

Right now I really feel bad about my Chapy beeing left out forgotten and I want to know if this is intended and will stay that way - then I have to switch to a USN T8 cruiser and - or was it just "overlooked" and it will get hotfixed/patched in the future....

 

So pls @MrConway can you clarify the status of the radar regarding T8 Soviet Cruiser Chapy? Thanks!

No, they will realise OP (vs the other nations) British CVs so everyone will free xp them and/or buy premiums, then when money will stop coming from XP convertions they will nerf them and finally adjust AA (or not).  Same old story.

Actually, they lose f*ck-all, they are buffed by a HUGE margin. The trade-off of not transmiting position for a couple seconds (when, usually, the allies are busy turning guns anyway) is laughable.

 

And in the post I was replying you were talking about "ru radar", that's a bit broader than one specific ship. If you want to whine about chapa, whine about chapa. When you whine about "ru radar", you're talking about the silver line first and maybe some premiums by association. If that's not what you meant, then it's not the reader's fault fro reading wrong - it's your fault for writing something different from what you meant.

And the point is not if the increase of duration is needed or not... the point is that EVERY ru cruiser gets the extension except the Chapy -> Chapy gets actually HURT while the other RU cruisers don't get hurt...

In THIS post you are whining about USN and RN Radars getting more range while RU Radars don't receive such a buff (and as such, lose some of their range advantage). Your previous posts about completely different issues (say, the sad fate of Chapa compared to other Radar cruisers) are irrelevant to your whine about RU Radars losing range advantage over RN and USN.
