Snowflakes got refreshed on CVs after rework on US.

apparently snowflakes refreshed on CVs after the 0.8.0 on US servers, meaning that the coal/steel can be gotten again from CV (that includes 200 steel for premiums like Enterprise, GZ and Kaga and Saipan, as new T8s)

Thats extra 1000 steel for people who have those T10 or premium CVs. EU most likely gets shafted, as the event will end at the same time we get 0.8.0.
