From Tier 8 these monster have an insane turret traverse - 180 degrees in 30 seconds and they also have high health pools

Ahh, thought it was actual gameplay, either way this is still good i guess.

 

mind you these things will get spotted for the next 20 years like everyother ship thanks to ‘bug’ ‘fixing’

 

the kremlin has pretty bad dispersion though so im guessing its going to just brawl for the most part.

Lets see if Turret rotation alone is enough to fullfill the infamous prophecy of the "Russian Bias".

 

The numbers are ....well...quite "normal" so far. 1.7 dispersion at Tier 10? turning circles that can be "seen from space"?, reload times that nearly allow for coffee breaks? ....hmmm I am really curious how they will turn out.

 

The lower tiers seem promising but seriously, who cares about lower tiers :/

 

Edit: also, a radar that only detects battleships? after a nerf to concealment expert captain skill? ...to quote Flamu "thats questionable"

So the turret rotation speed creep continues. This has been ongoing for a long time in the game, apparently largely unnoticed. Main effect is it makes BBs "more comfortable to play" meaning they can snapshot cruisers who have it hard enough already. If that becomes 'the thing' of soviet BBs I weep for the higher tiers, but at lower tiers it might actually be quite unique since BB turret traverses are terrible across the board there.

Actually they are some of the most accurate BBs despite 1.7 sigma.

A ST post this morning makes RU BB sound very interesting.

 

Cruiser accuracy at 12km or so, heavy armour but a raised citadel so you need to play smart and decent rudder shift. 

 

Although maybe RU bias and it remains to be seen if the game survives CVs and BloomGate.

Maybe they have a very unique dispersion curve , that is great up until 12-14km then suddenly becomes crap
