What do i get if i buy premium for a week???

Depends on which premium you buy:

  • Standard Premium Account:
    • +50% credits
    • +50% XP
      • Note that increase in XP also serves to increase your FreeXP and CaptainXP due to how they are calculated
    • Works cross-platform, so also on WoT and WoWP, if you play thsoe
  • Warships Premium Account:
    • +50% credits
    • +65% XP
      • Note that increase in XP also serves to increase your FreeXP and CaptainXP due to how they are calculated
    • Works only in WoWS

The duration is real-time from the moment you buy it, not "play time".

You will make more credits and earn more experience per battle using both stock ships (and even premium ships) while the premium account is running. Most get one when they want to earn credits a bit faster, or mainly just to earn experience faster if they don't really need any extra credits, to research other tech tree ships faster etc. But it boost earnings for both.

Should be said however. If you play a ship above Tier 8 level, such as playing a T9 or T10 ship , then even a premium account will not really make you any extra money. It will probably just reduce the cost "you pay" to play each battle in T9 and T10 high tier stock ships, but you'll still gain that boost to experience earned.

I might add that the 3rd task remains active when your premium time runs out, it's not cancelled.

Once the task is completed, however, you''ll be back to 2 active tasks unless you get premium time again.

If you go to Wargaming.net and look up under Premium accounts, you should see this text:

(definiately worth it, if you want to hurry up your farming)

Warships Premium Account applies only to World of Warships. It brings you more credits and XP that can facilitate your progress in the game, and brings you even more XP per battle than Wargaming Premium Account.
Warships Premium Account offers you the following bonuses:

  • +65% XP per battle
  • +50% credits per battle
  • Unique Premium Port
  • The ability to simultaneously undertake three tasks in World of Warships campaigns

If you have both types of Premium Account active, you will enjoy the bonuses associated with Warships Premium Account only.
If you have only Wargaming Premium Account active, then activating Warships Premium Account will bring you additional doubloons: 25 for each day when both Premium Accounts are simultaneously active. Please note that you won't get additional doubloons when you activate Wargaming Premium Account after activating Warships Premium Account.

@Alfhosskin If you want to get a sense of how your results would change with the addition of premium, play a few games, and at the end of each, the credits/xp summary page (I think) indicates the results with and without premium (I'm not sure if you'll see the 'standard' or 'WOWS' premium results though).

Presumably, the idea is to encourage those without premium to buy it ("here's what you could have had"), and remind those who do have premium what they're getting ("look how bad your results would have been if you'd been one of the peasantry").

With the current state of the game (as in, right now), premium is well worth having (unless you are spectacularly good and/or have an overabundance of free time), BUT, bear in mind that the CV rework (due in about a week, unless it gets postponed again) is going to drastically change the game - my advice to anyone thinking of spending money on the game is to wait until the impact of the changes is fully apparent, and only spend money if you're sure you like wherever the game ends up afterwards.

Good news! Wargaming offer a 'first taste is free' to get you hooked:

When you reach Account Level 12 (after 70 battles) you'll be rewarded with 24 hours WOWS Premium Account Time! :cap_like:

As Verblonde says, you can look at the post-battle results to see the difference it makes to your credits and xp earnings. It really isn't value for money when you only have low tier ships, but when you get to around Account Level 12 and your first Tier 5 warship it'll help with the grind.

when in premium you open 3 tasks in campaign and when you not finish them they stay there also after end. (so not 2 but still 3)

but do not try to change the third one.  it will disapear and will be not possible to assign third new one.
