Well. its allways the usual premium.. and i KNOW that because of the server issues in the weekend i was NOT able to complete the Prinz Eitel Friedrich missions to get the free Prinz Eitel Friedrich ship when it was completed.. I am glad you give out compensations, but premium is not enough in this matter.

Unfortunately there is no way for us to recover these lost battle results, they did not get saved and processed due to the outage.

Due to the delay of update 0.8.0 you get one more week to get the PEF....

my clan hasn't received it oil yet  might take up to 26 th   for that to happen  we got the crates and premium time   but no oil

Is anyone else not getting the compensation? I know I played in the specified period, got to the EU wows page, clicked on "claim compensation" and "check" later, tried it a couple of times after I saw it has not worked, restarted the game in safe mode, checked integrity and still no premium time or containers. Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug? Thanks

Edit: solved by trying it from another computer

İ think azur lane captains not receved to my accont. İ am pretty sure i was complete missions. But i can not find them . Any idea to solve this or is it happens to anybody. Need help .

hi WG, i'v claimed my comp no problem. TY for that. but my clan hasn't got it's oil yet. could anyone tell my why this has happened please ?

I just claimed the compensation and received the two crates and see that I have 2 days premium account now - the only problem is that  I had  more than 0 days premium before claiming, I can't remember exactly how many but was in the high teens if I recall correctly. After the claim the server appeared to lock up and I had to restart the computer, it appears to be OK now but I'm only seeing the 2 days premium, so by claiming I appear to have lost premium time - not gained it! I'll raise a support ticket but thought it worth warning others now.

Maybe we need something like this to Domination Caps & Standar Battles for base. When enemy DD starts capturing it. 

Since for now the icons seems to not work for some people.

If you claimed your 2 days and 2 containers, you should have seen this :

We're invoicing the oil separately as we cannot tie it in to the claim function on the portal - it will arrive soon.

Oh well... Guess we aren't gonna get the chance to complete the  Prinz  campaign to earn the P.E. Freidrich.... not gonna buy it cos i can't afford to.... you could easily extend it so all us 'grinders'  have the chance to earn it through sheer effort... it seems i'm not alone, with other posters equally disgruntled..... I seriously doubt that you will listen

SINCE 7.12 PATCH I GET THIS AT EVERY BATTLE LOAD/WAIT, UNABLE TO PLAY UNLESS I REBOOT GAME TO GET INTO THE BATTLE.

 

BEEN LIKE THIS FOR MONTHS AND GOT WORSE WITH YOU SO CALLED FIX YEAH SOME F-ING FIX.

As always you have failed to understand what actually happened / got fixed. That's your game failing not the server failing. Issue is at your end

Check the typical stuff:

• Windows updates
• Driver updates
• Anything new installed? Try uninsatlling
• Some hardware dying? Might be time to replace it

it was already prolonged for a whole week, instead of two weeks for the last directive you have now three weeks, so the time frame was extended already by 50%...

Well that fix lasted, getting sever over load msg now, pick another ship or try again latter.

Ever since this server crash happened. Now I'm finding the games EU server is very laggy to play on. Has anyone else noticed this since the crash. My ping is the same as before the crash at around 32ms, so nothing changed there. But you can tell when lots of action happens it's making it that you can tell very noticeably, the ship you use is very sluggish at responding to turns and such,  etc. In general, everything feels really slow and sluggish all of a sudden now playing, and this has only happened for me since that crash took place.
