Especially the new captain skills doesn't seem soooo important so you could spent some into secondaries

Umm, hate to break this to you, Pikkozoikum, but secondaries don't shoot at torpedoes, at least, not the last time I checked on that.

In the current RTS play, secondaries don't affect torpedoes. Apparently, there's now more fantasy from WG  in the CV rework FARCE & an award called 'Melee Expert'?

 OK, just another nail in DDs - I guess they had too many left over from the RTS CV coffin. (RIP RTS CV play)
