Discount coupon validity in arsenal?

Hi, I'm not exactly newcomer but I just can't figure out which way the arsenal discount coupons are working. It says "A new coupon will be available in 12/25/2018" Does it mean I have to use the coupon before it or will I get a new one at Christmas? I really wanna save the 25% when getting Jean Bart but I'm like 20k coal short of it yet.

You get a new coupon (with the same exact discount) only if you have already spent your "old" coupon. If the old one is still there - you just keep it with no new coupon added in its place
