Well i think selling missions is a good way to get away from OP premium ships but 50 euro...for a mission, no thanks, sitting here card in hand to buy the Prince Eitel with a mission mainly because i work hard over xmas period and would struggle maybe to complete the grind. I find the mission and Eitel (only a T6 i might add) comes in at £72 whats that? 85-90 Euro's!!!!!for a T6 ship. Everytime i think WG come up with a great way of fairly monetizing their product and offering value for money the greedy greedy money grabbing company overprices by miles, I'm happy to pay for a product that offers value for money but to issue these packs with junk we don't really need or want and then bundle the mission in for £72 for a T6 or £42 just for the mission....Hell no. I already quit WoT due to ridiculous mechanics like gold spam, op prems and massive prices, WoW is already into the grasping stage it took WoT 7 years to get too. For the first year i have not bought crates or any packs and now not a new release, and you know what...i don't care, WOT have gone for the short term grasp at profits with no thought for the longevity of the game. Good luck to those that buy they may feel it's still good value, i don't. in a month of good cheer i have gone from ship collector to some one who may occasionally spend or never spend again. The urge has gone ....Merry Xmas all...and a great new year.

Thank You WG for these crazy offers in the Premium Shop. I do really thank You very much. You just saved me not only money, but also time. I was going to buy The Steel Monsters Campaign - thank You for the crazy price, almost twice as high I was ready to pay. Thank You for the prices for the bundles, even more crazy, like You could not offer something cheaper without all these doubloons, credits, signals etc. I was considering buying the ship itself, the price it more or less what I expected, butall the other prices mentioned before drove me to the conclusion: it is not worth it. Thank You again and even more, because after this I realized, that all this

A massive in-game event and a new collection, new campaigns, Snowflakes, Ranked Battle Sprints, Warships Premium Account, and much more!

is not reall worth my time during X-mass. I was really addicted to the thought "I'm gonna get it all". Thank You very much for the cure. I am going to have so much time free from WoWs... I cannot express, how much I am gratefull to You, WG.

Was really excited to hear about "The Steel Monsters" campaign. But 50 Euros (R 801 in South Africa) is way more than I am to prepared to additionally commit. Especially after buying all the black Friday and Santa containers and getting a big load of "nothing".

Will rather wait a bit longer and get it through Clan Battles.

Guess the corporate bonuses have to come from somewhere...

I don't think players who are willing to pay for paid content mind paying but at these ridiculous over inflated prices not so much, i think people are beginning to say NO Wargaming, when your player base begins to drop you fix it by offering new content and good deals, not whacking your price tags into outer space so more people quit spending or leave, jesus wept WG can't you see it's better to have 100 people paying £20 than 10 people paying £50. Get a grip with your pricing it's bloody ridiculous. Don't you get it yet?....WoT player base is down 20% in 2 years and almost 40% from it's peak. Total War Arena's has been killed and ends totally in Feb, the forums tell you again and again it's too expensive, content comes too fast at stupid prices. As the player base declines you compensate by increasing prices more leav and you increase prices again forcing more to quit spending or leave the game. 1 dead game, 1 dying and this one with the first signs of illness...don't you learn lol.

But paying 50 euro's for additional campaign? Seriously? 100+ For T6 ships with below average German Gunnery even with all the bells and whistles? IS WG serious, I mean its not April Fools day

Exactly my thoughts. 50 euro for a campaign which only gives you 4000 steel is not just from outer space but just stupid marketing strategy. I think way more people would have bought it if it had a more realistic price. But 50 euro for 4000 steel which cannot buy you even half of the least expensive ship... Jesus! Get a grip on reality, WG!

Like someone has already said in the chat,  it's better to have 100 people paying £20 than 10 people paying £50.

So,with this payload Stalingrad would be 350 euros. Get a professional radio frequency remote control ship with real engine for 400 euros instead of pixel ship. Real price for campaign would be max. 15-20 euros....you are out of mind!

First of all, mind your language.

Secondly, laziness and video-games don't belong in the same sentence as you have put it. BTW, you only have under 300 battels so far.

I am  new player, I have only played the game for several months. I don't just want to buy steel, but if WG decides to sell it, then it should adapt the prices  of the Pixel Steel to a video-game. I have the right to criticise a gaming company for prices that seem to be out of this world. If you don't like it, you're problem.

No, it is not at all about stats. And many people play wows strictly for fun.

But the discussion in this chat is not about stats. And you don't need to be among the best players in order to be allowed to criticise prices in a video-game. It is common sense but you don't seem to understand this.

Everytime you look at posts from people like you with hundreds or even thousands of forum posts it's the same thing ...just trolling around the forum, whinning and crying on other peoples post's. No real thinking or points of view just random acts of trolling and abuse. Maybe one day you could progress to something constructive...but i doubt that :). Have a great Xmas in troll land, wishing you many happy days attacking people from the safety of your keyboard. Your some kinda hero m8.

Umm, no.

Hall of fame becomes available after you complete the four directives.Currently only one directive is even available to complete. The last directive will become available in almost 3 weeks. Only then will you be able to join the hall of fame (after completing some 6 or so missions from the last directive).

There is only one stage this whole update.

Is the last directive really 4000000 credits using 6 different nation , what a grind looks like WG wants us working for them over Christmas . feel sorry for new players that's one hell of a push on a timed event. shame, its not really in the Xmas spirit imo.

The last stage of the PEF event is a piss-take. If you average 1 million credits income per game - a stretch even with many credit boosting consumables - you need 24 games to get the ship. There's no way to reduce this, as the requirements for each task are mutually exclusive (disregarding PEF's eligibility for the premium nation tasks). Looking back at previous Xmas campaigns rewarding premium ships, they could be completed much quicker even if you were to confine yourself to the most straightforward economic task only: The Hunt for Graf Spee awarded 1 pin (of three required) for earning 32 000 XP. With a decent XP stack, that's only 6 games. Not only that, but in both previous cases, there were no special requirements of ship characteristic except tier. This time, only players who play all nations have a chance to receive the PEF. It's very disappointing to see the end of year events ruined by greed like this.
