Well, I have an almost 10 pt Cpt in my Orlan who has been training for a Ru BB tech tree line so I'm happy that is going to show up (soon).

What tier I stop at is another question - I'm trying to fill out certain tiers (to have, at least, one BB in all tiers & I tend to the 'historically built ships' so prob a lower tier Ru BB).
