Z-39 armour scheme bug/display error

Hey there! 

 

So, I pulled the Z-39 from the Santa boxes (YAY!). However, in port I noticed this:

So apparently: Just below the front turret, no armour is present. Or at least, no armour is displayed. Bug? Anybody know something about this?

A lot of DDs in this game don't have barbette hitboxes, so I'd guess it's deliberate.
