That would be the time when I lost control of the game, so to speak, as well.

See a post by Migantium_Mashum on page 3, it shows 12 779 players online during the issue. If all those people lost connection, we are talking about roughly 13k people.

Hi,

 

I'm still experiencing issues whilst trying to log in, it keeps telling me I've been disconnected from the server due tech difficulties and to try again later.  I try again and it will let me in 50% of the time, but half way through a match will boot me out again.  I've tried rebooting, running in safe mode refreshing my build, but nothing seems to be working.  I've also checked my WiFi and that appears to be stable for the most part.  I know you've said to wait till Monday and contact Customer Support, but I was wanting to play some Warships this weekend whilst I have the time.  Is there any further news or fixes going out this weekend?  Do you have a team monitoring the servers?  At this rate you'll need to be renaming your servers O2!!!!!

Managed to log on OK this morning about 0930 GMT but have just come back after being out all afternoon and am once again, as of 1730 GMT, unable to connect to the server and enter the game.

1747: Back in the game now tho and seems stable.

There are currently 24k+ players online. Hard to say why it is such a selective issue. Don't think it's anything at player's end, at least integrity check and rebooting didn't do anything for me while today I managed to log in in the afternoon.

Im still missing 2x daily missions i couldnt complete and my 3x XP resource (coal) containers i couldnt earn because i wasnt able to log in

Quick update: We haven't forgotten about you!

 

We're currently trying to get an accurate list of all the players who were affected by our server issues on Friday to make sure we can address all of them fairly.

 

I'll get back to you with information tomorrow!

In order to enable players that did not manage to complete last Friday’s daily missions due to the server outage, those specific daily missions will be reactivated again this Friday 14th December. This should let you make up the difference if you would otherwise struggle to obtain Dreadnought.

 

These missions will be active for anyone who did not complete them last week.

 

Players that were stuck in division will also receive a small package of goodies in game from us.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this fault.

Update 22:40 (UTC +1)

 

To resolve the issue we will be performing a full server restart at 04:00 UTC with an expected downtime of 30 minutes.

 

If you cannot log in now the full server restart tomorrow morning should resolve that issue.

 

Should you be affected by this, please contact customer support and let us know. We'll look into what we can do for you on Monday when we know the scope of the issue.

And on 12/11 it still dont work.just waistet time and downloaded the 20 Gb and the cant enter the server...absolut last time i waist time on this crap
