I played my one and only battle in the Tirpitz for the gold run (250 dbloons), no idea if I got this as the game froze in the post battles screen before the end game data is usually shown. I cannot remember how many dbloons I have, so no way of knowing if they have been credited. The only thing I can check is the x/10 info when I can eventually log in again - somewhat frustrating....

well i can log in with a friends account but cannot with my own am losing valuable prem time and not able to do missions for today what will be done about this :(

Feelsbad,,  discord took a dump at pretty much the same timeWOWS broke for me which is funny. At one point I was in 3 divs at once, and was in battle while in port looking at my name on the clan chat channel with the crossed swords. No more perth fun for me tonight, got in the free Xmas containers and I am in love.

Because of this you are blocked from logging in again. So they have to reboot the whole server to unlock our accounts. Which will happen at 04:00 UTC. Well at least that is the plan i guess. So if login isn't working right now for me, there's no point trying until 4 in the morning?

Which means I won't be able to get the daily missions and won't get containers?

It just appears counter-intuitive commercially to leave it so long for a hard reboot when peak time for the EU server is kinda now. The only thing that would make sense is if they need to see the load on the server reduced to a minimum before a reboot, but surely a hard reboot is a hard reboot no?

Unfortunatly not im affraid. This is also my biggest issue and im hoping we get some good compensation for that.

well that sucked... Been working today and shovelled  snow.. and tried to do daily warships stuff.. meh

the same as me. Finish the game, before the end screen, critical error.

 

Why not a message ingame on EU Server, The Server will restart in 30 or 45 minutes, all can finish their games, they can login and play?

 

Why wait so long time to reboot the server?

I can log in, but I am unable to start any battle.

After pressing' Battle' button wows spinning icon appears for 5 - 10 sec and then I'm back in the port.

I don't understand it. When the problem is known, wait so long time to reboot? Force log-out off all players after an announcment ingame. When all data is save, then reboot. Then look the players can re login and start a battle.

 

i'm nearly mad, others can play since one hour, they hat also a log off instead the battle is over and we was in division -.-

They are waiting for the lowest population of the server, so the least players would be affected.

A bit ironic in this case, but restarting the server right away when there still are plenty of people playing wouldn't make anyone happier
