I'm fairly sure it would but we'll never know as WG decided to make a community competition without the involvement of actual community

if it's by raw number of votes, for sure - he's simply the largest... and we all saw what kind of clusterfudge resulted when WG tried to compensate for that with "speshul Rules"...

Flamu wasn't participating as far as I'm conrcerned. Also think that he stated that he'll be perfectly ok if instead the ring thing they directly awarded Jingles with an ingame captain.

 

About the captain skills I don't know, but he must change the name of ships and say "Thats a paddling" for every citadel hit.

He'll have a ton of upgraded skills, but having him on the ship means the ship type icons on the minimap and in the 3D view will change randomly.

To the surprise of nobody, that said Jingles does deserve it, he's been a CC for god knows how long by now and his videos have probably dragged more business in than any other on the eu side overall.

If you have the Jingles Captain, then if your boat gets sunk, captain should shout: 'Blame Billy'. 

Also, the ships horn should play 'God Save The Queen'. This will be good. I'll make sure I find some way to get him as commander.

It would be an insult NOT to put him on the Brits... but it would be LOLOLOL if he was put on other ships... and then spoke Chinglish... with a fat accent.

I would really had loved to have either Hans or Ichase as captain, nothing wrong with Jingles. But the contest were all but a farce in my opinion once he (Jingles) entered. Again nothing against the dude, he is funny and such, but none of the others have the followers he does on YouTube.

seeing as we've got a dual-nation Overchicken these days, I dont see why WG couldn't make him the first true World Citizen captain that can go onto any nation's ship. That would also be enough of a "Unqiue Perk" I'd say, no need to also give him improved skills

To be fair a vast majority of Jingles' subs are there only for the World of Tanks and don't care about the World of Warships or other games at all.

He'd be able to sail any premium I have? Make it happen! 

But then I'd also like to have the accent change with whatever he is put on.
