Unequal number of DDs in domination mode is always an issue imo....

May be but, afaik, the "mirroring" only accounts for the number of (battle) tier ships (i.e. highest tier ships).

e.g. (I think) you can have a TX battle with 1 vs 0 DD if the DD is T9, but not if the DD is TX.

Correct me if I'm wrong :Smile_Default:

They introduced mirrored MM by class and tier (so 2 T8 and 1 T7 DD for you means 2 T8 and 1 T7 DD for me, etc.) in 0.7.4, but it's a soft parameter and the MM goes to what you're describing – only mirroring the top-tier ships and mixing the others up more – if someone's been waiting for longer than 3 minutes.

(It may be that we're both saying the same thing in different ways here and I've just misunderstood you – in which case, sorry and I'll see myself out!).

I was wondering if the camo and signals affected what happens with MM?
So i spent some money on some camo to improve my XP gains, and have entered a massive losing streak, since the first game that i Installed my camo.
I used to have a 76% winrate.
Camo changed that completely, since i bought and installed good camo, i have lost 95% of my games over the last 3 weeks.
Is this something MM takes into account?

Short answer: no.

Longer answer: you have (at time of writing) 380 battles in random mode; all of those battles are in BBs and cruisers (the vast majority in BBs); you have 214 at T3, 1 at T4, 152 at T5, and then 7 st T6. Just that information alone is strongly suggestive that the problem is not camo. In light of that, please accept some constructive suggestions (in no particular order):

  • Play more at lower tiers, and don't skip tiers; the difficulty of the game has a number of points where it jumps dramatically - getting a suitable amount of experience at lower tiers will equip you better for each of these hurdles.
  • Be aware that when you hit T5, your MM gets worse (although not related to camo); T5 gets +2 MM for the first time (and no -2, as T4 and below are all protected +1). This is the first nasty hurdle, and you will get your posterior handed to you if you aren't ready.
  • Play other classes besides BBs; besides making the game more varied, you will get a much better handle on what the other classes can/can't do, and (more pertinently) what they're trying to do to you. BTW having camo on your ships will make the latter harder for them. I would perhaps avoid CVs for the moment though (they are being changed soon, so might be a waste of time/resource spending time with the current incarnation).
  • Develop your captains: another argument for lingering at lower tiers is that it gives you a chance to get more experienced captains. Low-point captains matter less at lower tiers (unless you meet a seal-clubber), but start becoming essential higher up the tiers - personally, I hate playing with less than 10 points anywhere that doesn't get protected MM. For example, in a BB without Concealment Expert, you will get horribly out-spotted by same-type ships that do have it (and you're completely knackered against DDs that have it, even though their bonus from CE is currently smaller, as a percentage), and you can't get CE without a 10-point captain. Ship Comrade is a good resource for captain skill stuff: http://shipcomrade.com/captcalc .
  • Fully equip your ships - if you haven't already, make sure you have appropriate modules on all your ships; yes, they cost silver, but without them you are at a competitive disadvantage. The wiki (http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/World_of_Warships) is a good place to start for suggestions on what to equip (ditto for captain's builds too).
  • Make yourself fully acquainted with game mechanics (especially those concerning vision, and how the various shells behave); WOWS isn't like a typical shooter, where the mechanics are pretty self-explanatory from the off.

Basically, you need to practice more at friendly tiers, and widen your experience base to include the other two 'standard' classes. I would also suggest getting into divisions with clan-mates who know what they're doing, so they can provide you pointers on how to improve. Keep asking questions on here too - provided you don't phrase them in terms of "x happened to me: the game is broke, and needs fixing", you'll usually get lots of helpful answers.

Not directly related to your question, but important for a newbie too: try and make sure you get as many of the daily containers as possible (the first one of the day is very easy, and the second one isn't hard either) - they'll help you pick up valuable things for free. Personally, I might suggest focusing on the 'more resources' ones, as those give coal, and coal fairly quickly can get you a couple of suitable tier free premiums (which'll increase your silver earnings, and can be used to accelerate captain training).

Edit: generally, don't spend actual money on consumable camo (perma-camo is perhaps another matter, especially at higher tiers) - it's usually fairly straightforward to earn it for free just by playing/doing missions. Also, keep an eye out for daily login bonuses - the current one has dished out some useful rewards, for example. If you want to spend actual money on the game, premium time, and premium ships (tier-suitable ones!) are a better use of money - wait for special offers though.

Really?

I thought "mirrored mm" was applied to mirror type/tier on both teams.

If I draw my name on the ceiling with my own feces, will the price of Ginger Beer go down?

No, it's actually more expensive after they put you inside an insane asylum.
