Yep, giving same range as Bismarck is too much, in my opinion the manual secondary skill should give a range increase bonus. Keeping Bismarck as standard, fdg and gk could reach 12km, Gneisenau could stay near 9.5, Bayern 8 and so on. It would be a good trade for loosing concealment. Before Halsey has reached 19 points and I could spec to AFT, Manual secondaries AND IFHE, my overall performance in the Massachusetts was about 30% less dmg per game, no matter how well or clumsly I played....So yeah, Massa definitely still benefits from IFHE even if the fire chance is halved.
