As I am playing DD's myeself a bit I know the feeling of the DD' players. However I also play BB's and I can also already predict the reactions of those with carpets of torpedos filling the screen and no way to defend yourself after this is implemented but to rely on your secondaries. So first my comments: I think this is an absurd step taken by WOWS, since one hardly ever see DD's exploding after one hit. As a matter of fact I see CA's exploding far more often after one hit and they are not getting the same "protection" (thankfully) So basically you will see more players leaving the game, because they will no longer want to invest time and money in this type of game. One thing which could be done to at least give some consolation to BB players is to introduce flooding in DD's. If you overpen yuo puncture a hole in the hull, so water will come in. That is reality and I would want that to be implemented as a countermeasure to avoid total torpedo soup in the future

With a little known commander skill called "Expert Loader" it is possible to switch shells in 15 seconds or less. Of course assuming that you haven't just blithely blundered into a torpedo ambush, in which case no kind of shell is going to save you anyway. Of course, the Expert loader skill could be buffed a bit more to make it more viable...

Realism is bad for balancing: Cruiser and BB get hit more often and would suffer more And I suggest to continue here: No need to write stuff multiple times.
