Ovechkin dual nationality tracers

For the US and Soviet commander i can mount the coloured tracers no problem, but when I try and do it for the dual nationality one is says "personalization not received" Is this a bug or am I missing something? 

I completed the collection hence the tracers on the US and Soviet captains.

It seems you won the Ovetchking commander during one of our streams and we made a mistake while adding it, we'll unlock the shell tracers for you :)
