WG EU being WG EU and *edited* the most basic things up.

Maybe someone requested their user data to be deleted based on the GDPR, but somehow the e-mail was send to you.

PS: If you wanna mess with WG EU, just request your user data to be send to you, I am fairly certain they havent realized a standard procedure to deal with these GDPR requests.

I've also received a similar email, and apparently some people playing WoT have also received such an email.

I think it's best to simply disregard it (or at least this is what I am gonna do), it's kinda meaningless to me anyway.

Yep this ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Data_Protection_Regulation

I hope EU makes some laws regarding online / virtual purchases .. meanwhile waiting for premium CV crap-storm

@avenger121 this is actually a great idea!

22. I haven't got the slightest clue what this is supposed to mean. It's so beyond vague I actually can't make up something funny about it.

What the actual F***!???

Mr Conway said to ignore these emails.

Hey!

Then just ignore the email and any following ones. If you check the PAPI EULA that you agreed to, this should be part of it, but as you do not have player data you have nothing to act upon.

Either way, we will sort it out!

Thanks for the quick response.

Cheers,

Conway

The right to view user data existed before GDPR. You will be told all the information WG retain about each user is displayed for them on the account management page: https://eu.wargaming.net/personal/

Strangely straightforward coming from WG, but there it is.

Hi players ,

I clean the topic and  just ignore the email  and any following ones. If you check the PAPI EULA that you agreed to, this should be part of it, but as you do not have player data you have nothing to act upon.

Either way, we will sort it out!

Have a nice day !
