CvC battles canceled for this weekend

I just got my 15k coal and 500 steel after logging in.

I'm not quite sure that I played 10 games though.

 

However they were all in the CIS timeslot.

From the Main page in the news posts from the cross region clan tests

"Due to technical issues from the test clan season, we decided to reduce requirements for rewards.
Therefore, players who completed at least 5 battles during the prime time of another region will earn 500 Steel and 15,000 Coal."

Sorry to inform you that late, but we were waiting for final confirmation and also translations to announce it at the same time. 

 

So the situation is, as @DisorderZ55 mentioned:

Once again we want to apologize for troubles caused by testing this feature.

I'm just going to take the chance here and ask:

 

When does WG plan on the next Clan Battles season to go live? I'd hope not over the christmas season with people spending more time with families, etc.. Is there any current schedule or has that been postponed until the cross server MM has been ironed out? If the latter, how soon would you say (tentatively, no guarantees of course) we'd be looking at the next Clan Battles season to come around?

In addition to Aotearas question,

will there be a somewhat competitive gamemode until CW is figured out?

Maybe throw in another ranked sprint with T8 or something?

I could get on board with ranked sprint again in a T8. I liked the 6 man teams in the first session, so if that coukd be repeated in T8 that would be good. I didnt like 8v8.

Just a general feedback for cw prime time in general, removing it entirely would be a lot better for many of the clans, that would allow alot more games to go on without time restrictions as not every one is available at ur ststed prime times and some of ud might feel being cut off.

So the weekend was the only option for our clan to have a fight on the other server (as most of us work until 6 pm/7 pm UK time, during weekday) but guess what. We couldn't do a single battle since it was canceled every frigging time. Amazing. Wish I can say it was an outstanding experience but I can't.

and something called work, they always seemed to cancel the weekend ones, quite a few layabouts from my clan managed to do the required battles during the week, i managed one battle...

Afaik no, we have a proper CB season coming up next patch
