WG fix *edited* game or pay me back my money

I have spend over 500€ just to be a beta tester for you unfinished game after 3y out - game is crashing after last patch, I have reinstall game 2 times now just to be crash again in the middle of the ranked game again - I will no send you another .crash file to you, I'am not youtr beta tester or developer on payroll - I have bought your product and you gave me broken crashing game   so fix that or give me back my money and take your game and premium ships and time in Belarus or Cyprus where-ever you are .......

 

Every new patch you introduce some new bug, so either fix or pay us back 

 

I have GTX1080, i5 6600, 16g ddr4 ram so my hardware is over the top for this game

Have you ever thought of contacting support with your problem? Or just wait and see if the next update might fix it??

 

It could also be a problem with your setup, so who knows, but contacting support is the best solution really...

Yes, I had a semi-decent PC to play the game (since replaced) and there were some drivers for the motherboard that were out-of-date.  Once they were updated the game ran smoothly again.

Really? Drivers on the motherboard were out of date..? Win and GPU are updated regularly, but the motherboard..? You download them manually? Maybe I should check my drivers...

well, we havent had a good old fashioned temper tantrum in a while, guess we were overdue

*edited*, every other normal game working normaly just this one have special issue  - I repeat, I'am not payed by WG to do there job -- I pay them for there fail virtual product insane amount of money ( you can easy buy 10 AAA game for 500€ - you know normal finished game without bug that crash when you are 2 hours into instance )  

 

I am computer engineer and finished school for that - do you think I don't know about drivers and so on - my hardware is perfectly in place, game is running in 76fps 4-5-10 games and than one game on random game crash

I found Nvidia graphics cards running the latest drivers would cause game crash's for me, so I rolled back to an older driver, which made the game cash less. In the end I upgraded my graphics card to an AMD one hasn't crashed since.

Btw. you can play Rumpelstilskin if you want, WG will not pay you back any money.

I regularly run Windows Update and keep my Video drivers up-to-date so it was a surprise to find that out.

 

I run various other checks now - Intel driver etc.

 Soo mutch this, i used to run the skin mods, always had a crash sooner or later, after going vanilla, no more ctases ever, only problem i ever had from that point on was 3 days of lag spikes (july) from then game runing smothly at 120 fps 15/30ping

Have you swept your computer clean and installed windows again and downloaded the game once again?
