I have multiple times, yes more than 7, tried to file a support ticket.
Every single time I get this error : Something went wrong Sorry, we are having technical issues at the moment. Please try again later

My issue is, that I need to change my email address!

My HUGE problem is, that I'm not getting any sms code from the account management page.
Someone please advise!

Yes, it is.

Can't see the last digits, but if I try to change it to the right number, I get this error This phone number is already linked to an account.

And I only have this one account.

I tested the email change myself and received the sms within 5 seconds of it being sent.

 

Unless your mobile is blocking texts from unknown numbers, the number is blocked by your carrier or there are problems with the system sending texts to your country/region there may simply be an error you are making somewhere.

 

I've also checked the phone number changing window, choosing your region makes it impossible to enter the incorrect area code but you will still have to omitt the 0 at the start of your mobile number (for example 07900123456 becomes +447900123456 for the UK).
