Anyone else noticing major bugs on the operation? From the consumable on the DD that keeps ships shooting at you, the invulnerability on the BB that doesn't trigger, the manual arrow that disappears when you try to select targets for secondaries... Is it just me noticing this?

If you notice a bug, post it in 'current update' / bugs section.

DD Consumable doesn't protect from shells that are in the air at the moment of activation, as well as secondary armament.

Had no problem whatsoever with BB Invulnerability.

 

Problem with secondaries not being able to set on target is commonly known. Probably we can expect fix soonTM...

Sometimes I get the bug with the DD, that I still get ships that have normal accuracy vs me.

I think this may come from ships that spawned after I had enabled this consumable.

 

The other bugs you listed, haven't seen them (yet).

Good point about the spawn. It does indeed kick in if a ship spawns after you activate it.

 

About the other, a Magnus ram with invulnerability and I died. May have been a weird lag glitch.

What I notice is that it is nearly unplayable. My FPS go down the drain in this mode. I know it is not my computer (I can run every AAA game out there maxed out).

meanwhile, most people can run the mode without any issue whatsoever. So, yes it is your computer - but not because it's not good enough, but because you're unlucky and your particular config has some random weird interaction with the particular effects (i.e. lotsa green) that this scenario uses.

Yeah. That is why all my other games work perfectly. It also happens in my Laptop. This game is really, really poorly optimized. I can play Black Ops 4 maxed out at 5750x1200 and it doesn't go under 60 fps ever, and yet this game goes a lot worse even at 1080p.

DD consumable only works for main guns and IF there are targets there them to fire at!

 

So basically, I think you are thinking of the DDs escorting the Gorgon.

Initially, they start targeting you, you hit the consumable, they should have search and find another closest target, but they cant, so they target you back again...

My experience with this consumable is that it will keep trying to shoot you, but its shells go everywhere.

I didn't pay attention to how its shells behave when it fires at another target once my consumable is enabled, but it should behave normally unless the other targets also engaged this consumable.

 

Are you absolutely sure this escort DD has different behavior regarding its main guns and targetting behavior?

yep..

 

I was wondering the same thing. I use that consumable but they are always targeting me.

In one time, a friend came to help in CA.. and a soon as he get spotted.. he was the target..
