server downtime was according to plan? if you cant be responsible enough, like all of you there in the team, just quit. We don't pay premium accounts so you cant be trustworthy. Enough is enough

Why should we congratulate them when they do what they suppose to be doing? WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS so we DEMAND tthey do their job. By using technical issues, there is no real explanation. Even now as we speak when the server is down, there is no one from WG to inform us.

I understand the frustration if there is a server issue, but this is a clear exception - they shouldn't happen but sometimes a problem occurs and we're doing our best to get them back asap. The explanation is a technical issue ;)

no you don't understand the frustration. This is obviously your job and you are obligated to be here. Mine on the other hand is NOT, so I have to arrange my life so I can enjoy something which I repeat I pay for it. Its not only frustration, its also a waste of my money on people that cant deliver what I pay for. Got it bro?

We're always open to criticism and we listen to your opinion - but your main focus here was to vent your anger at us, assuming we don't understand frustration or that we're not trustworthy because we ran into a server issue. As soon as we spotted the comments from players we checked and informed you that we're aware of it and working on it.

 

We don't want server issues, we want the game to run as smoothly as possible and you guys to have a fun time. We're doing our best to keep you informed and we engage here with you - because we care.

You arrange your life around a video game? I have a news for you mate, that sounds like an addiction to me and you should seek help. 

You are not the only one paying WG for prem. time but if I know anything about how WG works it's that they always give us back premium time we "lost". Even if it's couple of hours you get a day of premium. So i don't see whats the fuss about. 

 

Server issues are possible with any video game, wows is no exception. I also know, by working in IT for over 10 years, that server issues can happen at any given time and it's never a pleasant experience, neither for people who have to deal with the issues nor for the people who depend on applications that use said servers. So how about we all give them some time to resolve their server problems, maybe play something else in the meantime.

Probably because whoever is supposed to flip the switch has no clue when CET+1 is supposed to be and all their Google searches result in financial investment articles.

Because that's what happens when you just up and create new stuff instead of sticking to the actual adjusted timezone (which would be CEST) that's easy to find and convert to.

 

 

Though why people haven't switched to using coordinated universal time (UTC) instead of juggling localized timezones denominations for such purposes which is MUCH easier to convert is beyond me. But I suppose that would make too much sense ...

 

 

It's either that or more technical difficulties (again). My bet would be on screwed up time conversion though.

Apparently there is an issue for the clan commander once you changed the region - deputy commanders are apparently able to use the clan feature (we just switched our EU clan to RU TZ). Can you please try to exit the game and relaunch it, see whether it worked for you and let me know?

 

Edit(h) says: Currently only Clan Commanders and Deputy Commanders can change the TZ!

You're going to have to ask the person (@panos_abarth) who made the original complaint about that, because I'm not playing at the moment and won't be anytime soon enough to troubleshoot anything.

Also, please pass the bit about CET+1 not being a thing down the line to whoever is writing the UI descriptions. It's unnecessarily confusing, especially when Google shows you "common equity tier 1" and other financial investment stuff as results when searching for it.

 

That would be nice.
