I don't think I reached the number 1 rank first... I know there must be SOMEONE out there, between all the servers, which should reached the rank 1 earlier than me. Btw... I think there are some tech tree ships that can compete with premiums, ARP IJNs were quite formidable. In the end I had to rely on Kiting and HE spam to overcome ppl bow tanking me. Took me 35 battles. The last five of those I did today and all of those five were wins... I had tons of fun sitting behind islands and annoying enemy ships by sending them rainbows of HE love... This was a lot of fun, it would be great for WG to keep stuff like this up or at least vary the tiers a lot during prime ranked season, staying away from radar games and tier x.
