Why can we not vote on the Wows homepage as in the past?

Why do we have to do it on google documents?

I just saw the top picks and... I much prefer camos either with colours toned down a bit or without excessive reference to our coat of arms. We all know this is a Polish ship, m'kay?  For instance, the below is great: it's classy, realistic and carries some nice reference to history.

that's why i asked now there is information on the page which clear things up

I've added info on the voting page how to read the scale.

We have a lot of comments about need for historical camos. 
Historical camos are historical (no ship Sherlock) and  they have their copyrights.
We also believe that contest like that are all about creativity and coolness.
More historical camos will come to the game eventually at some point even if a little bit later.
We don't get much chances to implement something created literally by players so I think you know where I am going with it.

It's cool, I'm just for 'less is more' attitude, hence my comment above. I voted accordingly;)
