Cv rework test are reported for critical bug

Durant les dernières vérifications de la version de bêta test des porte-avions, nous avons trouvé quelques bugs critiques. Ces derniers sont plutôt ennuyeux et nous ne souhaitons pas qu’ils affectent votre première expérience avec ce nouveau gameplay.

 

Nous avons déjà résolu l’un des bugs et l’autre est en cours de résolution, mais nous souhaitons vérifier le tout de nouveau et que les clients TST que vous avez soient mis à jour avec ces  correctifs. Donc, le début du test pour cette refonte des porte-avions est reporté. Cela peut prendre au maximum 24h.

 

Nous vous tiendrons au courant dès que nous avons de nouvelles informations à ce sujet. Nous souhaitons vous présenter nos excuses à ce sujet et vous assurer que nous faisons tout notre possible afin que ce test commence bientôt.

I gotta ask why is there no server information such as up/down or in maintenance in the Wargaming launcher ?

Surely that would help people a lot and keep support costs down.

Heavily disappointed that i seem to not have been chosen to participate. 
I'm probably one of the more loyal CV players on the EU server, but you guys feel like you should offer room to guys that have never cared about CVs. GG WG.

Currently i'm sitting at 16.7% battle rate for CVs, which has been much higher but lately CV play got somewhat boring in my opinion due to lack of playerbase & heavy AA *edit in the high tiers.

 

Is there any way to participate in this still? Because i do want to participate, for real guys!
 

Can i get access with my WoWP CC account perhaps? Because i really want to see this stuff XD

Wargaming, you sent us an email saying we could apply. What was the point of that if you’re not letting certain players go into the test? Surely it would have been better to send an email to those who you were going to add in the first place and then ask (if there are spaces left)?

Or am I going to be overruled here?

Invites will be sent by waves. If you have not been chosen this time than maybe next wave you will have luck. This is done for many reasons - data collection, bug hunting, server stability and so on. Don't worry you will probably get your invite ^^

Well, normally I'd be one of those pepole- part of the reason i want to be in the test.

Also, i have a PT account AND a CC account in WoWP- shouldnt that be enough reason to understand i want to be in this test?

I'm a beta tester for WoWS itself also :(

I'm a beta tester for WoWS itself also :(

They pick people from all demographics, I.E. a group of players who main CV's, Groups of players that play them anywhere between casual and all the time, and a group of players who never played CV's before.

Why only a select few? Well, you're a fellow-CB Tester like me so you know why people do CBT's.

You're just unlucky to NOT be selected as the first wave of testers. For all you know you might get invited this week or the next as part of the second wave of testers.

In which case I have little chance since my internet is horrible, and matchmaking is horrible when I can play with decent connection

Please, that’s like telling Jingles he can see the newest aircraft carrier for a limited time and then he can’t because they didn’t save the file. :) 

Once again, it will be an update rather than a internet connection problem that will cause me to rage quit :)

You will definitely get your chance to contribute and test, but due to technical limitations we cannot invite everyone immediately.  We also need to include both players that do play CVs and players that don't play CVs, as one of the issues we are trying to solve is the low popularity of the class.

More people responded positively to the email than expected, so we had to postpone some of the invitations to a later wave - my apologies.

 

If you received an email invite and opted in, we will include you as soon as possible.

This all is understandable, but the communication in the article made it seem like i was simply excluded at this point, which i really think would have been a shame.

 

But ill have some patience then

if we get the invite, is this then for the complete duration of the test or just for some period of time? :-) And yes i'm one of the lucky guys who got an invite already. (BTW Check your Spam folders for the invite mail!!!)

Really looking forward to playing the carrier rework, not sure about how its been done or how its even going to be implemented but change isn't always bad I guess
