I was under the impression it was pretty much decided ages ago... :/

Don't know how much engagement you planed to achive with it but it kind of went straight over my head and everyone else who was into it in the first itteration of the contest.

This didn't feel like something that concerned the community but more of an internal backpadding of CC's :(

No offense meant. I like the idea. The Execution.... i did not like.

I have had the same problem with the codes. Always saying 'invalid code'. So, does this mean I won't be able to receive commander Jingles? I would have loved to have it in one of my ships.

lol seems that way to me as well.  I guess the idea must have seemed less of a farce to whoever came up with it.

Yup, the whole rigged thing was obvious right from the start. Or at least since the moment they (WG) had to stop and rework the whole thing, in order to let him win ;)

 

Pls note, I have nothing against the uncle and I am actually happy we have an european guy as a winner (well, assuming that Britain is a part of Europe, which is a highly questionable statement) ;) But they (WG) could just add him to the game, the whole "contest" was totally pointless.

The code wasnt to get commander Jingles, it was just for thr ring missions which gave a few signal flags, Jingles will be put into the game sometime in the future so plenty time for you to get him

I was probably too late... No big deal, what was the prizes? I guess it was cammo or flag...

And about Jingles winning- i really like this guy- was watching his videos in period before WOWS.
Jingles have a real talent to entertain...
