And I mean someone with excellent awareness, a high-skilled captain, knowledge of armor models and skillful use of torps. It's a high-risk, high-reward ship, same for skill floor and ceiling. I'd almost say there's hardly a DP (decently powered) T5 cruiser, simply due to facing Scharnhorsts and Lyons with depressing regularity... It's squishy but well all t5 cruisers can be blapped by anything anyway. And Kirov guns are really really good. I would definitely play Kirov if I want to play a cruiser in the upcoming sprint rank.
