Could you improve the light effect in the map Sea of Fortune?

The Light reflects on this specific situation complete destroy the game experience in this match. I am dazzled in this situation and unable to make a possible shoot on those DDs. And the problem only occurs on the upper side of this map.

Could you make anything to make this problem solved? My eyes still hearts after 10 min of this match.
