So I can hit Crusiers Pan-Asia hits cruisers with their torpedoes. They can't hit DDs, but you have very good guns for that. Chung-Mu is probably the best tier 9 gun/torpedo hybrid boat. Anyway, the best silver DD will always be the next one coming out. Besides that, contenders are fletcher, chung mu, gadja, akatsuki Gold probably the kami sisters. Don't have much premium DDs. Lo yang certainly helps with tier 8 ranked () and leningrad is a fun all rounder. Same might be here: best golden DD will be once that premium tier ten DD comes out, cause balance. My personal favorite is Yugumo with F3s, but Kagero or Shiratsuyu will work fine as well. Minekaze was lovely, Hatsuharu has 10km torps on 6.1 concealment. Uhm, what? I said it's my personal favorite, also Yugumo has occasional chance of getting into T7 MM. I enjoying playing it until Shima concealment was buffed, now I run Shima with F3s. I suggest the German DD line and the IJN standard line. The USN Fletcher at T9 is also a really good torp boat. And probably the best at its tier. The Blyskawica is more a gun boat.
